SurfaceScope™:
Standard microscopy provides data only in the X-Y plane; the 3-D volume is flattened out and represented in only 2-dimensions. SurfaceScope™ represents the entire 3-D volume. Therefore, the Z-axis data can be applied to a 3D modeling program. Triptar developed SurfaceScope™ to represent the sample in 3 dimensions capable of instant repositioning, scaling, and rotating.
